Strong and sustainable in Bay of Islands
Like its neighbour, Osler is constructed from Italian cross-laminated timber (CLT) walls and glulam beams, milled from 70-year-old mountain spruce. It’s a solid-timber system engineered for strength and thermal stability, delivering a building envelope that performs with very little energy input.
Black Ambiance uPVC windows and doors were specified to complete the thermal envelope, and draw a striking contrast with the timber interior. Generous doors open the living space onto the outside living space and the coastal views.
Osler is available as a kitset package, delivered nationwide through Realwood, with the same CLT and glulam system on your site.
